If the status of your release is “Not Sent” or “Unreleased” or if you notice a banner with red text upon signing into your account, it is because your release was flagged by Tunetradr’s Content Review Team and needs additional action to complete the distribution process.
Anytime your release is flagged, you will receive an email from moderation@tunetradrrecords.com with details on why your release did not pass our front-end review process as well as instructions on how to correct this issue.
You must reply to the email from our Moderation Team after you make the requested changes so that we can review, approve and deliver the release to stores.
If you cannot find a message from Moderation Team in your inbox or spam folder, or if you have questions, please contact moderation@tunetradrrecords.com with your Username and release title. The Moderation team will get back to you within 24 business hours. Once your release has been approved and delivered to the stores you requested, the release status will change from “Unreleased” to “Sent” and you will receive a confirmation email.
