Hate Content Policy - Tunetradr Records Support

Tunetradr Records has established specific rules related to so-called “hate content” which now apply when using our services to distribute your music. Tunetradr Records does not facilitate the dissemination of hate speech or other illegal content under any circumstances. Below is a list of some, but not all, material to which this prohibition would apply:

1. Content that is intended to or indirectly harasses or denigrates an individual or a group of people;
2. Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
3. Content that is abusive, defamatory, pornographic, threatening, or obscene;
4. Content that is intended to promote the commission of an illegal act of any kind.

We reserve the right, in our full discretion, without prior notification to you or any third party, to refuse distribution or take down any customer content if we discover that any customer is attempting to or has distributed any such material.  The foregoing is in clarification of our general Terms and Conditions regarding your customer account, and is intended solely as a clarification of certain policies and not in replacement thereof.
