If we’ve already processed a takedown of your release in Spotify, what you’re seeing is not a live release in the store. Spotify displays local audio files you have on your computer in the same place as releases available for purchase, so it may look like your music is live.
This can also be the case if you have audio files on your computer that have not yet been distributed to Spotify. Spotify may recognize these files and display music with a future release date on your player.
Please note: If a song is showing in your Spotify player because the file is on your computer, you will see a musical note icon next to it.
